Starting from a highly compartmentalised space, with hanging beams characteristic of the construction of the time and a complex and very conditioning arrangement of pillars.
A clean, diaphanous and fluid space is created, ordered around the creation of volumes that house the technical, humid and storage areas.
The height line marked by the beams is strengthened in order to build a library transversal to the whole dwelling that ends up giving unity to the intervention and makes the beams disappear.
A three-layer spruce wood panel builds the spaces and the furniture.
